With each piece being made to order with extraordinary care and detail, please allow up to 4-6 weeks (excluding holidays) for production. Additional production and shipping delays may occur.
Orenda Atelier will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control.
We ensure that our goods are packaged in a way that protects them during the shipment, but sometimes damage does occur. We apologize for any inconvenience that it might cause.

Orenda Atelier have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. The consumer has additional 14 days in order to make the shipment of the return products to the company.
When we use the term “bespoke”, it means its costumed and produced/handcrafted specifically for you. It means it is not a product that is in stock and ready to be shipped/delivered by the time the purchase has been done.
No refunds of any kind will be permitted on custom or bespoke pieces, regardless of reason. When choosing your ring size, the product falls under the custom-made category. However we will free of charge resize your ring, if the ordered size do not fit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that if your country of residence is not Norway, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.
Orenda Atelier will only cover the shipping cost when returning products is a result of our fault. Products can only be returned if they are still in their original packages. When returning products, the full paid amount payed for the products will be returned when Orenda Atelier have received the products. Orenda Atelier will only refund to the credit card that was used when placing the order. (This is to prevent fraud). You can always contact us for any return questions at contact@orend-atelier.com

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 3 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

When purchasing a product from Orenda Atelier, you have a five-year warranty for any issues with the workmanship or materials. This does not cover any lost items or normal wear and tear. If you have experienced any issues, feel free to email us. Only after we have inspected your product through photos should you send us your product. Our goldsmiths will then conduct a thorough inspection of the jewellery to assess the cause of the damage and whether it is covered by warranty. If it is, the jewellery will be repaired free of charge.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized/bespoke items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
